Dr. Tim Modic Cosmetic Dentist Mechanicsville MDDR. TIM MODIC, a dentist in Mechanicsville MD, received his bachelor of science from Xavier University, following it with a degree in dental surgery from Case Western University School of Dentistry and a dental residency with the U.S. Army in Ft. Jackson South Carolina.

After his residency, Dr. Modic went on to be a dental officer with the U.S. Army in both Korea and Colorado before opening his private practice in Mechanicsville, Maryland in 1977, which he has maintained to this day.

Beyond being a Mechanicsville MD dentist, Dr. Tim Modic has served as a member of the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners, where he served as Chairperson of the Case Resolutions Committee, Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of Dental Examiners, Chairperson of the Selection Committee, and President of the Board. He completed his eight years of service to the people and State of Maryland in 2011.

Dr. Modic continues to serve as an examiner for the North East Regional Board. This board presents and oversees the examination process that a dentist must pass to be able to receive a license to practice in Maryland.

Dr. Modic has spent years as a general and cosmetic dentist at his practice in Mechanicsville near Waldorf, Maryland. Becoming a cosmetic dentist requires continuing education and training beyond what is provided in universities. His education and current memberships give him the necessary skills and knowledge to provide the best services through all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry. Along with his staff, he strives to give excellent professional service while maintaining a comfortable and friendly environment for every patient visit.

In his free time, Dr. Modic enjoys relaxing with a good book, golfing and riding his motorcycle.
