I would like to thank you for the quick and painless treatment you recently provided.

I still cannot believe I went all of these years without seeing you for dental treatment because of my fear of “The Visit” to the dentist.  I also thought I would not be able to afford the cost of paying for dental treatment.

You and your professional staff immediately made me feel at ease.  And I was assured after a quick (and painless) exam, I was not only going to get the much needed attention that was required, you also helped make it extremely easy to afford.

I can honestly say that anyone who is not sure about what to expect from a visit with you and your staff, should read the following sentence that I have written . . .

I now feel no dental pain, I now smile when I used to hide my mouth with my hand and I now have absolutely no hesitation when speaking, laughing, eating or doing anything that I used to worry about because of so many dental related problems!

I sincerely wish to express my thanks and gratitude for such a wonderful service that you all extended to me.

Yes, as you know, I am (or was, I should say) the exact description that you have on your local advertisement:  years of neglect and a dreaded fear of doctors and dentists.

With my first visit you all made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable.  I really expected at least one “how could you let your teeth go for so long.”  Instead, I found an understanding crowd of highly skilled professionals that know how to treat someone as an individual with feelings.  You are all great.

My procedure went extremely well and my recovery has really been speedy.  I even ate a bowl of Cheerio’s today!  (I can’t wait for my first rib-eye.)  Thank you Dr. Modic for calling me the night of my surgery to check up on me, and for seeing me the next day.  I know that was your day off, but you put your patients first.  I have already talked to several of my friends telling them what an excellent experience it has been being one of your clients.  Expect some new patients in the near future.

As of today, everything is going great.  I’ll see all of you again at my next appoint in May.

You have changed my life dramatically in the last year and I can't thank you enough. Dear Dr. Modic,

I want to thank you for my recent dental experience. I had not been to a dentist in almost 30 years mostly because I was afraid. I was afraid of the pain and I just wouldn't go. I knew my teeth were bad and needed attention and it got to the point that I didn't even want to smile.

After hearing about your sedation treatment I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you that it was the easiest, most comfortable visit I could ever imagine. I was so relaxed and comfortable that I don't even recall much that went on. I was also very pleasantly surprised that after having all of that work done I was in very little pain. All I had to take was Tylenol and that took care of it.

As far as I am concerned this is the only way to go!!

Everything you advertise about the way you treat patients and their individual dental problems is the absolute truth.

Until my recent experience with your sedation dentistry procedure I thought the words "Painless" and "Dentist" went together like the phrase parents used to have when they were leading you off to the wood shed- "This is going to hurt me a lot more than it will you!"

Over the years my trips to the dentist were only out of necessity, meaning only when it was absolutely necessary to have something done. My husband and sons went regularly, but I avoided it. I would make appointments only to chicken out as the time drew near and cancel. I even started to cancel my appointment with you more than once. But I am very glad that I didn't. Now I don't have to be self-conscious about the those four bad front teeth and it is a great feeling. The partial you made matches my real teeth so perfectly that you'd never know they weren't mine, unless you had seen the ones you removed.

On the day of my appointment I came into your office, Brenda lead me back to "my Little room", you came in and put two little pills under my tongue so they could dissolve and then it was the next day and my husband was bringing me back to your office to see if any adjustments were needed to my new partial. This is the only way to have dental work. When it's time for the next phase of my work I will gladly keep my appointment and make sure I have regular check-ups.

I'd also like to mention that my husband, who as you know has his work done the hard way, praises your work also, because he says you definitely know something about giving a needle. Says he doesn't even know he's had the needle until his mouth starts feeling funny. So apparently in your case the words "Painless & Dentist" do go together whether you tough it out the old way or nap through it.

I just wanted to write you and let you know what a great pleasure it has been having you and your staff taking care of my dental needs! From the very first visit I knew that this was going to be a lasting relationship! You and your staff were so helpful. Everyone answered all my questions to my satisfaction and told me of my options. While everyone was helpful and very friendly they were still very professional at all times.

As for my dental needs, well, you couldn't ask for any better! I needed allot of things done and your office has taken care of them in the shortest time and the fewest appointments which what I was looking for! Now all that is left is to come back for my regular exams and cleanings!

I just wanted to take the time to say how incredibly pleased I am with the care you provide. I was in your gentle care yesterday for a lot dental work and the whole experience was excellent. I was greeted with a warm, enthusiastic "Hello! How are you this morning?!" and it just kept getting better.

While your technology enables you to do great things for my teeth, it is the people behind the technology that makes Academy Dental such a great place. I have spent my share of time in medical facilities, but nobody has ever treated me as well as you and your staff. They are happy to see me, happy to help, happy to answer questions, soothe fears, lower stress, give me a handmade blanket to keep me warm. In a word, they are just plain happy to be caring. I actually look forward to going to my dentist's office because I now the warmth and caring that is waiting for me. Compared to the days of apprehension I used to feel leading up to visits with my previous dentists, this incredible.

As proof of how much of an impact you and your staff have made , I just called Brenda back to change my next appointment from a sedation visit to a normal one. While the appointment is for a cleaning and to finish several crowns, I'm not worried...I am in the best of care.
